Snizzle, again the reason i pointed this out is that these are things HOWARD and PHAR are letting continue to happen. No need whatsoever for this not to have been done . FISCAl ended on SEPT 30th.

It is important for attracting funding.. IT should be common sense to think a company that PRd going from limited to current was great which all investors read,, why is it not important to insure that it stays current. Even if all it might take is Attorney filing.

But here goes and its just the reason imo PHAR is in this position, HOWARDS/PHARs JOSEPH PITTERA is the attorney that handles this , also the same legal counsel for many as of former shell owners and current PHAR connections business dealings. He is handling #30 right now for DM/KC . Busy, busy.
