I have watched this stock for a while and wanted to get some opinions. Clearly the dividend is fantastic but I wanted to know, do you all hold this stock for a month, couple months, a year, or longer? I think receiving a nice dividend would be great but I am curious as to how people play this type of stock. I am a young investor and would appreciate any advice or tips about ARR. Thanks
