GMND has several different divisions and deals. One is the microbial products division. For years they could not sell product. Now they are due to the addition of people like Nick Kontonicolas of C.-Trade, Inc. revenues will be booked and shown for this quarter ending March 31.

The other deals are related to energy and are Texas oil as well as Pennsylvania facility.

Bayside oil reported that they are in a deal with GMND and that C-Trade, Inc. is financing the deal. C-Trade, Inc. owner is Nick Kontonicolas, the other Director of GMND.

Beach Haven terminal has another news release of its own today and is contuuing to do the engineering work at that site as per the assesment and deal of GMND.

I expect that the flippers are out now and we can take this to levels a 39 million share float company deserves. The Tier will again be upgraded to Current Info this month.
