American Learning Corporation, formerly American Claims Evaluation, Inc., provides services to children with developmental delays and disabilities. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Interactive Therapy Group Consultants, Inc. (ITG) and Signature Learning Resources, Inc. (SLR). The services provided by the Company include Early Intervention (EI) Programs, Preschool Programs and School Staffing Programs. EI provide services to children from birth through two years of age. Preschool Programs provide services to children from three to five years of age. School Staffing provide services to school-age children. The Company’s EI services include core evaluations, supplemental evaluations, home/community based services, parent/child groups and family training. Its preschool services include MDEs, supplemental evaluations, related services and special education itinerant teachers (SEIT).
