August 2008 or abouts.. This was well after AQUAPRIN had formulation change to correct earlier issues.

I know of earlier trouble with previous tries, but this is very troubling as to no mention of this nor what happened to it. Nothing has changed with AQUAPRIN now so whats going to be different now.. At this stage now, even being Public , he is basically needing a private investor to save, just as back then..
Because the way the company is operating ,,its way too obvious to the investors PHAR now needs that something is not right with business model/business plan and leadership .

You can have dump trucks of money coming in and a poorly functioning operation will blow it without accomplishing anything.
