Why would MG not remove his name as official representative of ReelTime in the files of the Washington Secretary of State? If he has abandoned the business, it makes absolutely no sense to continue being legally responsible for the affairs of the company. Removing his name is a simple matter.
In the event MG had abandoned the business, I asked MF late last year if he would take it back, and he made it clear that he was not going to become responsible for that unless he knew that there was a working model in place. At that time, he believed that MG was working on something. However, it seemed that he was somewhat evasive in his answers, meaning that he either didn't know and was unconfortable with not knowing or he wanted to talk but couldn't. So, we dropped the subject.
All he could really say with certainly was that he could not seen MG legally holding on to the reins if he has nothing going on. So, he said nothing that we do not know, and he shed no real light in the situation, leaving me as I am, and as I explained in my last post.
So, I believe that there is something going on, but that that something is contingent upon something else. The deal might fall through, but I do believe there is something in the works. And it is complicated, and that is why it is in limbo.
