I won't tell you when to buy, but you should think about the price difference for .0001 in reference to where you see the PPS going. Sometimes being worrying about hitting the cheapest possible PPS has you missing out, or chasing all for trying to save a few bucks. Does it really matter in reference to the gains you see ahead?
