Lehman, thanks for replying. Jail time is what I was thinking after reading a few articles. Do you think it is possible this new investigation will be focusing more on individuals versus institutuions? Is that even how things work? I think it was the NY AG that finally said the current settlement could be approved and not have any affect on the new investigation. So, I thought maybe the new investigation would not seek institutional liability, but only individual. I may be way off base. I am not always the sharpest knife in the drawer. Probably just as likely this new investigation will achieve absolutely nothing but reeking psychological havoc.
