Can't do look-backs in a R/M - new management, new game plan, unless it's making predictions about how easily the stock could move due to share structure / float. T/A didn't produce current float.

Plus, Marchi has effectively scared all investors off the playing field with his saying he might do a 1:300 R/S. Nobody's going to buy that. Either he's senile or he knows that's going to cause a huge sell-off and the PPS is going to plummet.

This is either an act of grave stupidity or engineered.
