Just remember one thing-
Being 'interested vendors' doesn't mean that we have automatically bid on the contract.
It does mean that we have requested a bid package, a package
that describes all facets of the job.
Once recieved and looked over we can opt to no-bid it.
Just so you know and you don't think we're losing every contract
that we are 'interested' in.
