I've seen it. I don't want to mention any off topic tickers, but if you google Bruce Bragagnolo, he is president of a gold company and a different silver company, both producing down in Mexico.

Those are both public companies. There is no reason an officer in a public company cannot be an officer in a private company either. GL s.
