PHAR does need to provide an update on their fund raising efforts (phase I at least) progress made towards going into production. It was nice to see the last financial report released, but the info contained is rather out of date. I would hope there's been significant progress since the end of last September.

I suspect there's not been a lot of progress however. We know Howard likes to release PRs when things happen, so the lack of PRs lately is telling. I still think PHAR is under-capitalized and having trouble raising funds they need to put phase I into action. The current SS and pps makes the stock unattractive to major investment.
