sorry i lost you w/ the generality, so in this case the infrastructure that the cable digital phone companies often lack is cellular service, to date i have not heard time warner say that offered cellular, im in the midwest and am aware that in other parts of the country they also have digital phones but to date have not heard that they have cellular service bundled w/ their cable broadband digital phone offerings...its coming...
i think that att & att wireless' split was a huge mistake they could have shifted the tide on their sinking ship if they would have stuck together since they had both broad band and wireless and could have combined them w/ asnap to become the first company w/ ASNAP approvial...lack of vision if you ask me
