Probably just for DD would be interesting to get info off of underlying pack of that Company, and do some good DD if this is questionable to me.

Just seems if Howard commissioned this from a lab for sample usage he could have supplied his packaging, obviously same size packaging for PHAR to just put outer label over.
Without researching i dont know if this was purchased from a company that produces this product for retail, OR as you say lab commissioned by Howard and PHAR that follows the strictist of guid elines.

Will dig deeper to satisfy my own curiosity.
