Vbrowne and bfried made a filing creating a corporation relating to the Australian JV in florida on september 14. You can search for it by their name.

The Australian JV seems to be related to the INGEDIGIT INTERNATIONAL, INC. subsidiary. Its possible this is Ingedigit's South American site (I don't speak spanish so can't be sure):-

Not trying to play clue, but I saw an incomplete preview website with the same name as the remit money to vietnam company created in florida on Jan 5, 2012 and google can't seem to find it anymore. It had the same name of the company on its logo, and a series of prepaid debit card images. The descriptive text was default latin that website designers often use. It might have been taken down, I'm not sure what happened to it, but I can't find it anymore. Therefore, I decided it was best not to mention it.
