The bottom line is Howard can tell anyone privately via email, phone or in person that everything is fine, you have nothing to worry about. But the SP has gone down the sewer and nothing of consequence has been made public by Pharmstar in months. And it would appear to me that the announced share reduction was ditched and we're not getting a PR stating as such. And if that's the case, then Howard is breaching his fiduciary responsibility. What bothers me also is that nobody except maybe EarnestDD and myself is bringing this matter up anymore.
