not to be the pessimist, but in the 'President's Letter' from Threshie on the Tirex website, the reference to the St. Louis deal seems more like what we've heard year after year about potential deals. he says the project needs investors. so do we any indication that deals is still workable? nobody's had any communication with him since the TN deal was announced, have they?
