You did not answer the second part. The SEC states that even if there was a Hidden Trust Payout (which there is not) Al and his few defendants are not the viable payees. The only one who would be is the company. How do you explain away this logic? Or how does Al?

Because if AL is correct. He should give the info direct to Frizzle with a NDA. Then The company who would be entitled to such a payout could receive it. Then they could decide to post a DIVI to all shareholders.

Taking the gamble of not getting to trial because you withhold info is dangerous if not illegal.
