These are cheapies check the chart. The MM's did a number very early and congrats to anyone who was up and got them however we know most of the float is now at .015 average PPS so these are cheapies! LOL trying to get shares when the National TV commercials are announced. Someone orchestraded this AM's shakeout and take down of stop losses to slow the RSI and re set it so they could run to .02's and .03's now with ease.
