Companies such as RDDY cannot do a reverse split. They have very little outstanding shares and even smaller float. Reverse split was a non-starter. As you well know, the dollar amount remains the same in a reverse or forward split. I believe the bottom was yesterday (12/28/11)’s closing of .15, which was actually a fluke. Check the prices from just a few weeks ago and nothing has really fundamentally changed as the company continues to work out the kinks on the road to profitability.
Also, IMHO, this company is in better shape than most companies on BB or even AMEX for that matter. Look at the fundamentals, business model, and the simple product line. Hopefully, management can right the ship.
