whizzeresq: Instead of "we may never know" do you mean we may have to wait to find out Nokia's arguments. Although the arbitration award itself may be under seal, in all the arbitration decisions I have read they always describe what the arguments of both sides are and the particular aspect(s) of the law that is involved.

As a result, we may never know Nokia's arguments unless IDCC files 8Ks that briefly refer to Nokia's positions in the Federal Dist. Ct. action.
