Very good post, UPB! I'm getting tired of people like SpaceBound (PipBoy) only show up either to post his gains (and never any losses) and gloat about other people's misfortunes or show up only when stuff is in his favor but is nowhere to be found when it's the other way.

This board doesn't need this childish OTC crap and I was hoping SpaceBound (PipBoy) would finally stop but nothing has changed, he's very much the same.

I understand you can't quickly ban people but it's getting very tiresome (i have already blocked/ ignored him) but if he doesn't stop maybe at some point jimmybob should step in and use his mod-powers.
