I think that you are mis-stating opinions to sound like facts.

I think that we can all agree that many of these statements that you make are the very core of the litigation. If they were so cut and dried, then why would the Summary Judgement motion by the Debtors have completely failed.

The reason is that many of these very statements are not clear on their face and require the ruling of the judge.

The cases pro and con have been made, and we await the judge's ruling.

To be honest, this stuff is all old and cold, and, no offense, the only opinion I'm interested in is the judge's.

So, pull up a chair, place your "bets" and enjoy the show with us. Otherwise there is no need to go around peddling opinions as facts. We have politicians to do that for us, and we all know how much we love politicians.
