Dec. 12??? The Settlement/Exchange of shares was on Nov. 15th, which means they likely were selling since then.

For all we know they also could have been shorting up to the settlement date to take advantage of the "North of $0.60" prices and covered them w/shares once received. Look at the monstrous volume just prior to 11-15.

These f*krs are pros. They're not going to sit around and wait to raise the $3M required to be paid to SIAF's Creditors before March 1st, knowing that they had between $0.63 and $0.44 to sell their shares and come away w/a profit. They went and got it while the gettin' was good.

If they have any left, then its likely a paltry sum compared to what they had, and very unlikely that they'll sell them at prices putting them under water.
