1) The spinoff is pretty much confirmed after today's PR.

2) The spinoff is intended for a Nasdaq/Amex listing.

3) That means the dividend shares can be expected to be worth/valued at $3 to $5 per share.

4) People have up to December 24th 2011 to get in on GTGP to receive dividends.

5) I reckon, from now till 24th, price should keep climbing, possibly BREAKING $1.

6) Who knows if institutions might start loading up? Or whales?

7) We might receive another SOLID PR before 24th and send GTGP into orbit?

8) Remember to spend a nice Christmas with your loved ones on the 25th.
