Is that what they are saying on Agony.com?

That new shares will be issued for Wencor to buy them?

They're out of their minds. I've never heard of that happening. If Wencor was interested, they could simply make a tender offer to current shareholders (as firms normally do) and get whatever shares they want.

Talk about absurd.
