Just a quick check with the Monthly volume report on this ticker, nearly 2.6 billions shares traded in the month of August, that is 5 times greater volume than July, and 8 times more volume than in June. At no other point has this stock traded volumes averaging greater than 400,000. Pretty obvious what happened here, this was a dumpathon after the AS was raised.
