I'm not up on the details, but the tax loss carry forward number effects the calcs. Before we get the a real bottom line number, to effect the EPS, currently at minus .05.

I also tend to think 1 Mln down loads in 6 months and an 8 times earnings is very conservative.

No accountant here, but there's more to it.

Nice to see discussion about EPS, and what the possible PPS outcome might be, as I have "harped" on this topic quite a bit.

For me at the end of the day, that's what it's all about to potential "large" investors.
