to all: What other major corpoeations are following this case? Is Nokia jeopardizing their reputation in the market with their contempt for the ICC ruling? Or, are the other major OEM's cheering for Nokia as they represent the stalwart defense for not paying fees for intellectual patented property. Who can narrow this down to the litmus test on the prevailing outcome. I was not surprised that Nokia disregarded the ICC ruing.

To kill a snake you cut its head off. I hope management takes this all the way. I hope I am not being naive. Will the rulings for over ruling an ICC judgement stand up. Who has the knowledge not speculation on these matters?
