Mr. Seth M. Shaw has been Vice President of Spartan Gold Ltd. since December 2, 2010. Mr. Shaw has been President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Kitcher Resources Inc. since October 21, 2008. Mr. Shaw serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Allied Energy Corporation. He is an experienced organizer of private placement funding. Mr. Shaw served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Organetix Inc., ... (now Seafarer Exploration Corp.) since June 4, 2007, Consultant since June 2008 and also served as its Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of the Board. His responsibilities include running Organetix on a day to day basis, assisting it in securing capital from value added investors, and providing with experience and leadership in the public markets. He built his financial industry experience at major firms such as American International Group (AIG) Global Investment Group, Harvest Capital Management and DoubleClick Inc. In April 2005, Mr. Shaw Founded Novastar Resources Ltd. Mr. Shaw assisted the Kitcher Resources in raising capital and was instrumental in the successful completion of the merger between Novastar Resources and Thorium Power. He served as a Director of Strategic Planning of Novastar Resources Ltd., until April 2007. Since March 2007, Mr. Shaw has held a position at Uni-Pixel Inc., handling institutional investor relations. In this capacity, he has assisted management in enhancing market awareness with top tier institutional investors. Mr. Shaw served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Physician Therapeutics LLC, for more than one year, arranging initial financing and assisting in the structuring and negotiation of joint ventures which he formed in 2004. He has been a Director of Kitcher Resources Inc. since October 21, 2008. Mr. Shaw serves as a Director of Allied Energy Corporation. He serves on the Boards of the Cypress Fund for World Peace and Security in Washington, D.C and the Jewish Community Center ("JCC") in Dutchess County, New York. He served as a Director of Organetix Inc. Mr. Shaw graduated from Cornell University in 2001 with a Bachelor degree in Policy Analysis Management and a concentration in Econometrics.
