You are prob new here - read the history of genta! They don't trow some shares in the market - the market is an ATM for GNTA - why would you think Finra denied further R/S?? Because they already did 5 or 6 the latest 2 years - when a director (RAY) becomes a noteholder lending millions $ to his own company, that must ring a bell.
Do not fall in the trap, Genta is only worth trading at this moment...
