Obviously, when a pump is on, the vote will be for the bs "dd" post or some absurd sp "valuation".

Then, after that, the vote will be to remove them.

Under your scenario, it's all about which sentiment prevails at the moment. That shouldn't be a factor, imo.

Instead, I'd like to see a sticky to only be a pr, filing or news article about the company, etc. You know....factual. Rather than bs, a pump, bash or something which is merely representing an opinion or outlook.
