No one is claiming the State of Wyoming will liquidate FFGO and distribute the assets.

Statutes make it clear that a dissolved company may finish up and wrap up its pending business and planned shareholder distributions.


since FFGO is being revoked
and the corporation will be dissolved
and the management teams has ran out on share holders over 14 months ago

there will be no involvement by the state of WYO of any kind
trying to force any abandoned company to give up assets they
no long have .. let alone some worthless unregistered shares from another company
