It doesn't matter that some choose not to vote. It doesn't matter whether or not votes are solicited... you still have the right to vote and that your vote have the full power to which it is entitled... not diluted with more votes than permitted.

Well, if you're dealing with a Pink, chances are management won't give you the opportunity to vote on anything. Is that also wrong?

No, far as I know it was never referred to as the "Edwards Case". The people behind the serial scams in question were Edwards and Turino. They began with PCBM, and then brought in Urbie for CMKX.

I also read that it was Edwards, not UC, who controlled the ledger and all stock issuance. Yet you say UC issued them all. Which is right, you or the documents?

I am. Urbie was an officer of the company. Only he could issue stock. And he did. He issued a lot of it to Edwards, who sold it and kicked back part of the proceeds to Urbie.
