vmsyq has been in BK for a year. There was no business as usual, they weren't doing anything that anyone could prove. Self audited financials can't really be trusted on the pinks. No disrespect intended, but are you on the right board.

vmsyq has now filed a request to convert to chapter 7, which looks likely. There is no new pacer entries as of 11:00 am.EDIT 11:30 amThe only business as usual is the ceo and cronies dumping shares... right up till the last second...
