No, I think this changes nothing at this point. the reason the items was posted on the company website is that it has had a material impact on the company (as per the Q & A).

In the mean time, we will wait like always and hope that the current pace of Q & A and updates continue and that more information becomes available with each additional post. It appears JJ is not sitting around, but actively working to finalize a deal.
