Looks like a great buying opportunity to me. We do know two things that are fact according to IR:
1.MTDX is now in the black.
2.Negotiations are still on going.

While your bored waiting on MTDX, check out TYRIA. They just announced 5 deals with IBM. Closed yesterday at .013. Looking strong.
