NO QUARTER FOR CORRUPTION (Focussing on The Fed./FRBS)

According to CTTY's most recent 10Q which was filed on 5/16/2005: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1109740/000095012405003336/0000950124-05-003336.txt they could issue up to about 6.7 million shares. They had about 780,000 shares issued when this was filed and around a few thousand shares less when they filed previously. Even if, all of their authorized shares have now been issued...CTTY has still had days where much more than 6.7 million shares have been traded. Are we talking about huge shorting on this stock...and even lots of shorting intra-day??? I think so.

It's a tricky stock for a guy like me...who doesn't short...to play but, I may give it a try if I can figure it out.
