What would be a signal that a company is about to emerge from bankruptcy? I guess I am trying to speculate on Beacon being true to their shareholders, as Bill Capp mentioned in his Nov.1 statement. This is not a usual addition to such a statement, is it? I am hoping that he may build something into the DS in order to protect the shareholders?
