This is Fraud, CUTE, but still Fraud. The SEC Boys will bounce this S-1 quickly.

ASFX tried this once before, and it resulted in the Big CFO "firing/resignation/departure".

ASFX has to the stupdest management team on the face of the earth. The S-1 is completely invalid, with the 3rd Qtr information just days away. The 3rd Qtr results are DONE, and to withhold them, is FRAUD.

So the question remains, "WHY?????"
