CLRH Delinquent in Filing 10-K / NT10-K Annual Report

The filing deadline for 10-K was Monday, October 31. The NT10-K for extension and cause for inability to file report timely is due no later than the following business day after filing deadline or in this case November 1 by 5:30 PM ET to meet same-day filing date for the Edgar system.

CLRH is now in violation of SEC Rules 13a-13 and 13a-1 in failing to file periodic reports for the quarter ending April 30 and the Fiscal Year ending July 31.

On November 7, CLRH will have made no public filings for a period of six months (last filing on May 6).

On watch for OTC Markets tier downgrade.

On watch for possible SEC Administrative proceedings.
