The seller needs to finish dumping before the pps can move. Right now on a day when the volume is say 300,000 about 100,000 is the seller shorting and then another 100,000 is the seller covering (but he gets the shares from his source, not the market. )

So basically half the volume is dumping and then of course there is regular retail selling.

The seller isnt done yet. But i think hes gotta be done fairly soon. I think the pps could touch .60 cents before hes done.
