I don't get this "real smoke baked" thing though. You just don't "bake" meat. You bake pie, cookies and cake.
You grill, broil, braise, roast, fry, smoke or BBQ meat.
IMO - the concept could be a winner, but the marketing is screwed up. "Baked" meat sounds dry and over cooked. It's a turn-off.
Also, the idea of selling franchises to retirees is a bad one. Franchise sales are usually rip offs, the company makes the money of the franchises, not the product. If the company is for real it will market through professional channels.
