depending upon the parameters of the bidding jargon, cgaq may well be the only bid left standing, but the proposed bid does not necessarily have to be accepted by track authorities..officials may have an unannounced "reserve" placed and that threshold may not be reached by cgaq or any other bidders..that's why i was hoping we could find a media posting outlining the bid process. that said, i do hope cgaq receives track!
