One would think that he has better things to do than deal w/ retail investors. No one would be complaining, or at least not nearly as much, if they fulfilled their basic obligation of keeping shareholders informed of what was happening.
Oh,I forgot, he doesn't deal w/ retail investors. And he shouldn't. He should delegate that responsibility to someone else. My guess is that he doesn't want to do it, he doesn't think it is important and he's not going to pay for it (i.e., pay for someone, whether internally or externally, to handle IR)...or maybe they can't pay for it. Either way, it's not good.
