I might also add, they went through that process at the same time the SEC had a microscope on this sector.



has anything really changed? Has the SEC taken any additional steps to ensure any sort of quality control? I really doubt our government financial bodies can move that fast or even be flexible enough to address the r/m, shell, vie, fie, blah-blah-blah, Chinese corps.
