What the JFTC found was that Intel dropped its prices to compete with AMD. Sometimes prices were even dropped to equal -- but not go below -- AMD's prices.

"Because Intel CPUs were originally priced somewhat higher than AMD processors, the general policy was to lower Intel's CPU price to match AMD's."

Now there is some really anticompetitive conduct.

Homework assignment: Explain how LOWER prices for Intel processors harmed OEMs and their customers.
