MDMN is not an operating company, sooooo 90% of two undefined assets, whether current or long term is not material to the overall value of the Company. I would not rely on either item providing cash for operations. The value of the company is in the Mountain and the Company's ability to monetize its value.

There is no justifiable reason to spend any band width on anything outside this undeniable fact(if you are, in fact, a shareholder). Otherwise, enjoy the brilliant fall colors of the follage.
