Turtle revenues will be flowing in for years to come. For a limited release of a documentary movie, TDGI has done incredibly well with approx 400k so far. The real money will be coming in from DVD/VOD starting soon (Nov 15th). Retail, schools, Libraries, Nature conservation clubs, etc... That's what's good about the movie business. Theatrical revenue is not the end of the story...in fact, in this case, it's just the beginning. Turtle will bring in more in DVD/VOD that $400k, and the TOTAL revenue WILL BE between the expected $1M-$5M....I haven't checked the all-time list of highest grossing documentaries, but I'm pretty sure when it's all said and done, Turtle will have a very respectable ranking on that list. TDGI is on its way to becoming the next Lionsgate, except that it will be a better buyout candidate before it does...
