This has most likely been explained; but, the issue with reverse is that once the price per share moves up...it most every case it starts a steady deteriation back to the bottom.

I may not be correct but I am not sure a company can perform any kind of stock adjustment related to O/S while in BK...Mordicai can you pipe in?
